Shipping policy
All orders ship from our distribution center in Petaluma, CA. All orders placed by 2 p.m. EST / 11 a.m. PST will be processed the same business day, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Shipping Costs
Economy, 5-8 Business Days:
- 1lb–10lb Orders: Free
- 11lb–25lb Orders: $30.00
- 26lb–50lb Orders: $50.00
- –70lb Orders: $100.00
- 71lb–100lb Orders: $150.00
- 101lb–200lb Orders: $300.00
Freight Shipping:
- 200lb–400lb - $400.00
- 500lb–1000lb - $800.00Â
At this time we do not offer international shipping, shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or shipments to US Territories. We offer delivery to PO Boxes with regular ground shipping only.
SHIPPING NOTICE:
Please note that once your package leaves our building we have little or no control over it. We will ship the package as stated in our shipping agreement with the method you specify. Certain conditions may cause the package to be delayed such as adverse weather conditions in your area, or in the route to your area.
Buffalo Billiard Supply is not responsible for shipping refunds or credits when delays are caused by weather or other unforeseen events deemed inapplicable by the shipping company.
TRACKING
For account holders, tracking is viewable in My Orders. If you prefer to check out as a guest, tracking information will be included in your shipping notification once your order leaves our distribution center.
RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUND POLICY
Once received, Buffalo Billiards Supply will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
